The clubhouse and deck are FREE to rent with a refundable $250 deposit. Only cost we are passing on are $10 in transaction fees.

Important: If ALTA or USTA tennis matches are being played, split the deck use with the spectators. Your party can use the half of the deck facing the pool, leave the other half for tennis people. You MUST allow tennis players to use the restrooms. Their is NO other restroom for them.
Reserving the deck / clubhouse does NOT allow you to have a pool party during open hours. You must contact us if you would like your guests to have pool access. For medium to large parties, separate fees will likely apply to cover extra guards.
