Do you like to swim laps for exercise? If so, with your GRC membership, you can be part of the GRC adult summer lap swimming program. We meet outside of regular pool hours and operate on the buddy system. If you can find a buddy within the lap swim group to swim with you, you both can swim. We often get a group going early in the morning when school is not in session and another around mid-day when school is in session. All abilities welcome. Most days there will be an optional organized workout of about 2,200 – 2,500 yards. For more information or to request to join the group, please email Liesa Nichols at lapswim@georgetownrec.com.
